Errands
Nothing much has been going on. Halloween wasn't as eventful as I thought it would be. I was expecting to have dozens of kids knocking on our door for candy, but since our house isn't as close to the main road we didn't have that many kids come by. Now Erwin and I are left with a lot of candy, and I don't really have much of a sweet tooth to begin with.
Today I ran some errands with Erwin. He NEEDED to go to Target to get two DVDs; "Star Wars Episode Three" and "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory." I decided to come along to get some lens cleaner for my glasses and pick up some dog food for Kinno-boy, but I ended up raiding the pet area and bought him a pack of new bones, Beggin Strips, a Kong toy with insertable biscuits, poopie bags, and the meat and gravy pouches that he likes mixed in with his kibble. I don't know what it is, but I totally enjoy making him happy! I love that boy to death! When I handed him his new bone, he sniffed at it and then left it alone, but when I started to pretend to chew it, he grabbed it and took it away to hide it!
Right after we went to Target, Erwin and I went to eat at Wendy's. While we were eating, we noticed that a man who was alone with his little toddler was singing out loud with all of the songs that were playing over the speakers. The man actually had a pretty nice voice, and he seemed to know just about every song that came on. Erwin said "See, people should feel free to sing out loud in public if they feel like it!" I don't think he would be saying that if the guy couldn't hold a note.
